Summary: Reported issue with Windows operating system computers on campus

The following information applies only to Windows operating system computers.

Yale ITS is actively working to identify and resolve reported issues with some Windows computers on campus. Currently there is no estimated time of resolution.

ITS is working to identify the root cause of the problem, but we believe any Windows computer that has been recently updated via the ITS patch management service (BigFix), either manually or with Windows Update Services, may be affected.

If you experience difficulties or need assistance with rectifying this problem, please contact your local support provider or the ITS Help Desk at 203-432-9000 or helpdesk@yale.edu.
