Dear YaleConnect Client,

Over the past several weeks we have seen significant performance and connectivity problems with the YaleConnect calendaring and email service and recognize the disruption and inconvenience these problems are causing. While we have seen improvement, we recognize that a number of issues remain.

We wanted to let you know that since March 2, ITS has been working diligently with Microsoft and other outside vendors on a daily basis and will continue to do so until the problem is fully resolved.

Also, as it is extremely important and can help us continue to diagnose the outstanding issues, if you experience problems please notify us via email at and include the following information:

- What operating system you are using (Windows/Macintosh).
- What email program you use to read your email (Outlook 2003/Outlook 2007/Apple Mail/etc.).
- How you access your email over the internet (wired/wireless).
- Your campus location.
